The state of understanding of high-level Javascript concepts. As expected, most people get it wrong by shoehorning what they don’t understand (JS prototypal chain) into what they do (traditional OO inheritance)
It took me by surprise, which just adds to the shock: these guys built a screensaver inside their website. Open that page, leave it for about a minute and you’ll come back to a lovely slideshow of the images of the page. Move your mouse and it fades back to the content.
Such a lovely little detail.
